Let's talk about customer service.

In a time where almost everything is digital and human contact is very minimal perhaps we have gotten a little rusty with our interactions. We oftentimes forget that the best advertising is word of mouth. More than 35% of your business will come from personal referrals. It is important to remember this factor as you seek to grow your business because this can be a great thing or the worst thing that will happen to your business. 

In the event that you have the rare run-in with a disgruntled customer, listen to the problem and have tactics in place to assist them to de-escalate the situation. 

Rule of thumb. Be nice to everyone whether they choose to utilize your services or not, they should leave your presence better than they came.
