Follow up and follow through.

The one thing that will assure growth in your company is your ability to follow up and follow through.

Too many times I reach out to a company in efforts to utilize their services and they do not reply back or when they do it is inconsistent.

It is very important that you follow up on every single lead especially if they came to you first. You always want to catch people at their peak so that you can turn potential clients into actual clients. 

In addition, your follow through is just as important. 

Say you connect with a client and talk a bit about a plan or goal, if you don't follow up promptly, this new client will slip right through your fingers and you will have no one to blame but yourself. 

People want your service but do you want to service the people?

Prove it.
