One of the biggest misconceptions of entrepreneurship is that you must have the ability to multi-task. This cannot be further from the truth. Multitasking is a fallacy. There is no way you can do two things at once when running a business. What you are really doing is giving each thing a portion of your focus and effort. The problem with that is, with each product/project you are not putting your best foot forward. Is that how you want your business to be represented? I would hope not.
There are a plethora of opportunities to grab assistance with your business. You can hire an assistant or virtual assistant. If your funds are tight there are options like Fiverr. If you currently have non-existent funds there are options for you as well. Ask your family or friends to help with small tasks. You can even call in on favors owed.
One option most people do not think of is partnering up with their local college and set your company up to accept internships. Its generally a simple process and you could find your future employee in the process.
The point is if you find yourself spinning your wheels but not getting anything done, take a pause and delegate.
